Complete the State and Community College Co-Enrollment Form

• The student must be eligible for federal student aid.
  Eligibility is determined once 体育菠菜大平台 has received the current year FAFSA, the verification process, 如果适用的话, 完成, and the student is meeting 体育菠菜大平台 Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements.
  

• The student must obtain their 体育菠菜大平台 Academic Advisor's approval.
